Hey Scotty,
I have a 2013 chevy sonic with 123k miles on it (automatic). I checked the engine oil dipstick today and it had a brownish hue to it (picture below). I got the oil changed (5w-30 synthetic) at 119k and the oil gauge still shows 69% on the odometer. The coolant tank shows no oil contamination/mixture. Also, there was a small trace of white smoke coming from the engine oil cap when the engine was driven on operating temp for a couple of hours. No exhaust white smoke inspected from the muffler. Is this something to be concerned about? Thanks.

Change the oil every 5k miles and do not pay attention to the oil life monitor.
