Hi,
Is it normal to have an exhaust smell after getting the catalytic converter replaced on my 2017 Toyota Sequoia? It got stolen so took it to dealer to get it replaced and they charged my insurance $7000, so I am assuming they replaced the entire assembly. Does the smell go away after driving some miles? Thanks!

yes, it's oils from the mfg process burning off. it will eventually go away the more you drive it...
