I have a 2019 F150, yesterday I was at the Ford dealer to inspect the 4WD system.
The dealer tested the system on the parking lot (which I dis not like to tested on dry paved area). They dealer told me the truck doing as suppose it do and nothing wrong with it.
when they gave me the truck back on 2WD mode, i drove it but on the corner I felt the front wheel still engaged in 4WD although the truck was on 2WD. I tried to switch to 4WD and again to to 2WD but still the front was not disconnected until I turned the vehicle off then on.
Is this normal?

what specifically did it do?
Take it to a different shop for 2nd opinion.
Rainman Ray had a similar case he posted on YouTube, this morning, for a Dodge Dakota. He found the problem was a defective transfer case motor. If the dealer did NOT test for that, they're negligent. See here:

That doesn't sound normal. Is it still like that or is it working OK after driving home?
It is driving ok after driving home.
Doing what @doc says is a good idea. It may have been something temporary from the driving & turning on dry pavement and difficult to duplicate.
I would check the 4wd engagement solenoid and the switch itself for proper operation. Check all wiring connections and corrosion.
