hey scotty,
I bought 2011 f150 ecoboost, where the Ford dealer had just replaced the engine with a crate motor remanufactured, a rack and pinion, changed the differential oil, transfer case oil and transmission flush with new filter. so far, I added an oil catch can and put a new intercooler in. I also changed the the oil at the first 500 miles, what else should I look at to keep it going. it has 102000 miles! and I paid $10000! thanks

Change the oil every 3-4K miles and do regular maintenance. Change the ATF every 60k miles.
