What do you prefer. Shell , Chevron, Mobile, Exxon, Hess, bp. Who do think has the best additive package and provides best performance for your vehicle.
Whoever has the lowest price.
For my experience shell does have a bit higher grade of gasoline course the cost a lot more. And the thing is most modern cars can run on any brand of gasoline unless you have a really high performance car and need shell v power super unleaded you could use any
Personal I prefer mobile only because when it gets really cold I get a minor vibration in idle. When I use mobile it doesn't happen. If I use other brand fuels it start up again. If I remember correctly different companies use a different cold weather additive package and or additive packages react differently in cold weather.
For my daily drivers, I like Arco because it is the cheapest gas in my area.
But for my sports car, I like to use Shell V-Power or Chevron with Techron (but Chevron much harder to find in my area).
The cheapest one. Usually Costco.
Costco. It’s usually the cheapest.
Then Arco, because they are the next cheapest.
Any top tier gas, after that.
Occasionally I’ll go with the non top tier stuff in a pinch.
Most of the time though, Costco.
Exxon. Not because their gas itself is better. But the 2 newest stations near my house, which are both busy (ie, they turn their gas over quickly), are Exxon. I use Murphy quite a bit, too, which is the same way and a little bit cheaper.
I have used bp for over 20 years. I never had any issues and it is the cheapest gas. With all the regulations for gas in the United States it really doesn't matter where you buy your gas from the posted list.
I use Kirkland Signature gasoline from Costco; it's top tier gasoline but for a much better price than other gas stations in my area.
Tom Thumb, QT. Also Exxon because my wife retired from Exxon.
I buy the gas my vehicles like and get the best gas mileage. Citgo and Murphy. When I had my Camaro SS, I was using a gas station that had premium - no ethanal gas which the car preferred the best.
I go to Sinclair. There are other top tier gasolines around but I couldn't afford Shell. I don't know if there's any significant difference between them anyway.
I always liked Sinclair but they are few and far between around here.

Cool. It's hard to imagine that people were worried about how much gas cost back then when it was 20 cents a gallon.
it matters a lot when you make $7.50 per day.
I personally like Shell the best. However, Shell gas is priced sky high in my area these days. I find the best Top Tier brand gas as far as quality and price in my area is 76.
