My dad's 1982 Pontiac Firebird 2,8l v6 won't start. We replaced the distributor cap and rotor spark plugs and wires. Fuel pump fuel Filter Fuel pump relay and it still won't start and as a full tank gas.
See the FAQ section on diagnosing starting problems.
That doesn't help why would I need a rambler
We tried starting fluid, but it didn't work. And there's a full tank of gas and there's fuel pressure in the lines. I tested it with a few pressure tester.
You need to identify whether or not it's getting spark. If you're indeed getting spark, the car would run until the starter fluid runs out. You mentioned replacing the cap and rotor, are they in the correct firing order? There is at least one place that could screw up the firing order. If you didn't precisely follow the original firing order when you replaced the cap and rotor (spark plug wires must be in the exact same place) You may be getting spark on the wrong part of the 4-cycle engine -it may be attempting to combust on the exhaust stroke, not the power stroke.
It's getting fuel, it's getting spark, it's getting air, why is it not starting

visually confirm spark? What is your fuel pressure? Attempt to start it with starting fluid?

and? how many PSI? How long could it hold the pressure?
But if starting fluid didn't work then your problem is probably spark or timing.
