i just bought my 2010 Lexus IS250 a month ago. Everything looked good. It has 110k miles on it. Just today, I stopped at a grocery store, took only about 10-15 minutes and came back out to my car. I started it and it dinged at me, the red triangle icon with the exclamation point flashed at me and then an orange "afs off" light flashed and wouldn't go off. Why would it randomly do that and what would cause it. What can I do? Please help! Thanks!!
AFS is your headlight system. Did a bulb burn out maybe?

you'll probably have to take it to Lexus. That's the problems with these fancy cars.
I recently saw a tear-down of a ridiculous BMW headlight. Inside was complex system of laser beams, servo motors, cooling fans and computer chips. Just the part cost $2000 to replace. Hopefully yours isn't like that.
