So for context my teenage daughter has been driving a 2015 Focus SE with the 2.0 that we bought new in '16 in college. It's got 125K and is on its second transmission.
She states that the AC blower stops blowing about an hour into a drive. Has anyone ever heard of this issue? She already took it to a mechanic who couldn't find anything. I inspected the car myself and haven't been able to replicate the issue. But the problem apparently keeps occouring.
Any ideas to try at all?

Well either the motor or the blower resistor is bad. The resistors cheaper try that if not replace the blower motor
