changed my clutch/flywheel about a month ago.. been super nice, shifting great, still does. problem is the last few days when cold, shifting to second the car lurches. can get it in second no problem, but it is not right.. once i drive a mile or two all is fine.. 230k, 6spd
did not find anything physically broken, replaced the IMRC module & all is good in SVT land (for the moment)

Well lynching a second gear if it doesn't do any of the other gears that's more a problem with fuel or ignition system not operating like a clogged fuel filter bit spark plugs dirty fuel injectors something like that
plugs/wires are new, just pulled one plug out still looks new, but tbh was hoping it might be along these lines u mentioned.. scared of the transmission going bad at some point is always back of my mind ..hey scotty love ur show and honored by your replies
running really great right now, peppy, but i treat her as a lady. feel, saved the SVT from sure death. a kid, who bought if from his neighbor, who bought it from his neighbor both maintained her. the kid who just bought it cutting the muffler, str8 piping it, bought it the day after he bought it, wanted it. still nice inside & out .. feel like i saved her, keeping her stock and on the road 🙂 know what ppl say their value, but in the day i wanted one, and always loved 'english fords'
