Hello Scotty

  •  I'm really found of your channel I've learned many things about cars.
  • I have 2008 ford explorer eddie bauer V8 200 miles.
  • I haven't been able to fix the 4×4 system.. it was working okay before until it got stuck in 4 low. I towed the car to the mechanic he told me I can only remove the transfer case motor and turn back to auto manually. I have replaced the motor but still no luck. I have also replaced the transfer case control module and still no luck. I noticed the 4 high button light flashes as soon as I start the car.

Could you please tell me what could be the issue.

Thanks

Kind regards

Ziyad

Well the motor didn't fix it odds are it's got some kind of internal problem unless wiring is going bad I would advise you to take it to a four-wheel drive specialist just for an analysis because that's all specialty stuff even I rarely work on them that far because I don't have the equipment and the data to work on such things.it's a specialized market so you need a specialized mechanic who works on 4x4s all the time
