Hey Scotty,
I just recently purchased a 2003 F150 reg cab 4x4 with 105k miles for a couple grand, it has the 5.4 V8 Triton naturally aspirated engine.
For the year its my understanding the major issue is the spark plugs, but is it a stretch to assume since it has 100k miles that this isn't an issue anymore. For a once over what would you do to check over it? Anything in particular? This vehicle came from PA, and they require constant vehicle inspections. So I handwaved a bunch of stuff at the time of purchase, didn't look too in depth into it.
Thanks,
James

should be a decent truck.

I wouldn't assume. I would make sure it's been addressed.
