Good morning Scotty.
I have a 1991 Ford F-250, 5.0 gas, 4 speed MT.
on Saturday truck wouldn’t start in a parking lot. Cranked over but engine would not fire. Had it towed home. Verified good spark. I noticed that neither fuel pump in the dual tanks turn on when key is turned. Usually they are easily heard for like 2 seconds on startup. I heard about a procedure where I can ground the EEC test connector to check pumps. Pumps turned on when I grounded the EEC test connector. I noticed that the fuel pump relay doesn’t click. I put a new on in and nothing changed-still no click. I can’t find a fuel pump fuse anywhere so I think it has some kind of fusible link by the starter solenoid on the fender. Not really sure what to do next? I’m not very electrically savvy…
Even though you may not be "savvy" when it comes to electric stuff you can buy a cheap multimeter, watch a video or 2 on the basics of using it, and figure out what's going on here.
This first link will walk you through step by step to test that Fuel Pump Relay socket to make sure everything is working right there.

This second link will walk you through step by step to test the EEC Power Relay socket.

Performing these tests should nail down the problem
Turned out to be computer
Works great now.
