Hey Scotty,
I am not a fan of Hyundai, but my friend has a 2015 Hyundai Elantra with 140 000 km and he is complaining about it burning oil and rod knocking. I knew that it was an issue surrounding the rod bearings and Kia and Hyundai had those recalls for their vehicles with rod bearing failures. Should he get a free engine from them and keep driving it or just junk the thing and get something else?
