my dad jsut got his front bumper fixed forkm a spare tire on the highway and it came and smashed his bumper so he got a new one, and fresh paint and the neighbor ran into it, the paint hasent even cured yet and its smashed AGAIN, what should he Do, and whats your thoughts.
Make the careless neighbor's insurance pay for it. His rate will go up and he'll hopefully learn his lesson. I had a few instances of hit and runs on my street from neighbors. One caused over $1800 in damage to my girlfriend's '17 Mustang, and we proved it with a police report after the fact because a neighbor's surveillance camera caught the while thing. Her insurance paid for it, meaning the neighbor.
