I have a 2013 Chevy Impala. I am burning through alot of fuel throughout the week. I thought at first it was the purge valve because I was getting tighten gas cap. That message has gone. Now I think it might be my spark plugs. I am wondering if this might be a good guess. I got the car at 49000 km yes I live in Canada. Now I have 123000 I think they are still factory plugs. Is there a easy way to take the coils out I had a hard time taking one out. Can you do a video on 2013 Chevy Impala
@aegeto
It would be helpful if you can give us an idea of how much fuel it's consuming. It might be available in the driver info screen. If not, then do two consecutive fill ups (until pump nozzle clicks) and record your odometer.

spark plugs should be fairly easy to remove and inspect. But you MUST be careful putting them back in, making sure to thread them in straight.
Clean your MAF sensor too.
Clean/replace your air filter to begin with. Check the pressure in your tyres and as you said, have the vehicle tuned up & replace spark plugs if necessary.
The fuel has to be going somewhere, so it's either evaporating, leaking, or going through the engine. If you're sure it's not evaporating or leaking, then you have a fuel mixture issue.
I'm really surprised you don't have one or more codes on this issue, have you a "check engine" light or have you plugged in a code reader to see what's in there ?
If no codes, start with the easy stuff, the air filter, cleaning the MAF sensor, checking fuel pressure in the injector line, checking injectors, pulling plugs and checking each one to show conditions in each cylinder, checking hoses and tubes for vacuum leaks. And the list goes on ...
Routine maintenance on a scheduled regular basis with virtually prevent issues like from ever coming up and save a bunch of money and time. A good mechanic or tech can pinpoint trouble spots in a few minutes, long before the vehicle lays on the side of the road. But most drivers/owners will never take a vehicle in for service or ask for help unless the vehicle is somehow less drivable or dead.
Maintain it well and it will treat you well.
