hey Scotty I have a 2013 Ford Fusion and my headlights don’t turn on no matter how much I play with the switch. When I pop the hood the lights turn on and then I have to get out of the car finish opening it and then close it for them to be on. What kind of problem is this I’ve never seen anything like it
And I've never heard anything like this either lol. That is very interesting...do the high beams turn on when you switch them on? It may very well be some electrical or programming issue since they are only turning on when you open the hood. How about if you open the trunk or another door? It's definitely not a fuse since the headlights turn on, but maybe check for faulty headlight relays in the fuse box(es). When did this problem first occur?
