Hey Scotty do you think I should replace my 2005 Toyota Camry LE V6 3.0 for a 2017 Hyundai Sonata V4 2.4
I love my Camry and I was thinking on getting a 2016 Honda Accord but the Hyundai seems good and cheap
Yeah reliability is a must for me. I thought it was a good car because I heard people say that but I wasn’t sure. I was doubting for the cheap price. I was trying to make it last the most I can.
How many miles is on your Toyota Camry? If it’s not giving you any issues or turning into a money pit, I would keep it. Otherwise, if you plan on getting a newer car, of the two you mention stick to the Honda Accord. The Hyundai is cheap for a reason and the original 10 year/100,000 mile warranty only applies to the original owner. In case there was any doubt about Hyundai Motor Group products, see below:

My Camry has 180,000 miles on it.
I was trying to upgrade to something better. But seems like Hyundai May cause me some trouble.
It depends on the conditions and the mileage of both cars, but generally, if you want to keep the Hyundai for more than 100k miles, No.
My Camry has 180,000 miles and still runs good. That car has 90,000.
Get the honda accord. My dad has a 15' accord with the 2.4 engine and he only spent like 500 bucks on it in the 53k miles he has owned it and he drives like there is no tommorow.
I would get the 2016 Accord since they are good cars. Don't buy Hyundai since they are piles of junk.
Do you think a vehicle with a defective engine is good?

Case Summary
The Defendant companies (HMA, HMC, and others) are accused of manufacturing and selling certain defective cars (“Class Vehicles”) that may cause stalling, engine seizure, engine failure, and engine fire. The Plaintiffs also claim the danger that may be encountered by persons in the vehicle at the time of engine seizure or stalling. Finally, the Plaintiffs also claim that, despite being under the vehicle’s warranty, some Class Vehicle owners and lessees were still improperly denied repairs.
Which Hyundai vehicles are included?
The “Class Vehicles” are as follows: 2011–2019 model year Hyundai Sonata; 2013–2019 model year Hyundai Santa Fe Sport; and 2014–2015 and 2018–2019 model year Hyundai Tucson, equipped with 2.0 liter and 2.4 liter genuine Theta II gasoline direct injection engines within OEM specifications.
Ouch.
If you're the type of person who doesn’t like getting disappointed a lot, run away from that Hyundai!
