That's really pushing the envelope for spark plug life even these days. They should be replaced sometime soon, preferably before you start having misfires that can damage your catalytic converter. The plugs would have a coating on their threads to prevent seizing up but whether that would still be effective after 16 years and so many miles is an open question.

Hey Scotty I've got a 2007 Nissan Altima new body style for that year SE V6 manual transmission with 257,000 original miles on it. The spark plugs have never been changed but the car is running very smooth and acceleration is good.
Do you think the spark plug has seized to the head for this duration of time or is it fine to change them I have always ran premium gas never regular or mid grade in it as the manufacturer required. Only have one check engine code which is bank 2 O2 sensor. Thank you.
