Hey Scotty, I have a 2003 Ford F-150 4x4 with a 5.4L v8 triton😐. Recently i had to replace the battery and the alternator and after running it for about 5-10 minutes it started misfiring really bad and has a ton of codes including:
P0443. P1451. P1747. P0755. P0743. P0135. P0141. P0155. P0161. P0403. P1131. P1152
I have brought it in to a mechanic and he looked through and couldn’t find anything unplugged or wrong to the visual eye and his next move was to change the spark plugs which i did about a year ago but that doesn’t explain the transmission codes. Only thing i can think of is the ECM went bad🤷♂️. Hopefully you can help me before i bring it in to the Ford dealer. Thank you. Josh
Check your fuses again. What sticks out about all those codes is that they're 12 volt components, HEGO, Transmission, EGR solenoid, EVAP vent valve, and I think they all get power from the HEGO/Transmission fuse. I looked at your fuse box diagram and it's #23 in your underhood fuse box.
If the fuse isn't blown, take the extra step and use a test light to check for power on both test tabs of the fuse.
If it is blown you'll have to see what's causing it. Check the wiring under the truck to the O2 sensors, and then the wiring to those other components.
I think they even powered the PCM Diode off of that fuse so make sure it isn't fried and causing the fuse to blow.
You can take it a step further and see if one of those components is actually getting 12 volts.
The EGR Solenoid is in an easy place.
Here's how to check for 12 volts there:

check your codes on obd-codes.com and try the troubleshooting advice it offers you there.
We also have misfire troubleshooting in our FAQ so try that first.
It's very likely it has to do with the work that was done (battery and alternator). Didn't the mechanic load test them or do any electrical tests?
About the worst thing you can do is take a 20-year-old vehicle to a dealer for service. Most of the service personnel were in diapers when that truck was built.
For that matter the dealer is a bad idea for any kind of non-warranty service. The thing they are most expert at is emptying your wallet, then shaking you upside down to get any change left in your pockets.
Well it ran fine for about 5-10 min then It started to do this. I was checking fuses right before it started to do that trying to get ny trailer lights working, Idk if could of caused anything
Soo… It was just a fuse that got mistaken for a spare🤦♂️. Runs good now lol
It was just a fuse that got mistaken
Your "mechanic" sucks
Is battery producing 12 volts and is alternator producing 13.5 amps+?
13 amps isn't very much
