Hi i have a serious question im currently driving my mom's 2011 toyota venzza and it has not been in a oil change in over 6k miles im afraid of the engine lifespan and its built up oil burning what should i do, i have manage to check the dipstick but sense it has been in a minor front end accident (which has barely wedge the hood latch but was able to take it off) the dipstick was at the very bottom and was very black i have added oil to it and its fine for now but what should i look out for and its potential oil burning consumption, im going to change its oil in 2 or 3 days but what temporary solutions should i do to keep its lifespan up longer or if its not possible to keep it alive with its oil consumption.
relax. just change the oil
Yeah those are pretty good cars just changed the oil every oh 5,000 mi if you use full synthetic oil or once a year
@scottykilmer is there anything i need to worry about with the engine burning oil or am i alright if i just change the oil.
