Thanks all for your suggestions and replies. While searching out for some cars, I am considering the following options. Can you please suggest which one to go for the better value?? I'm in Wisconsin
2018: Certified Pre-Owned Honda CR-V EX 2WD - 41K miles - $23K
2018: private party Honda Accord - 39K - $17.5K (minor/cosmetic damage reported in carfax)
2017: Certified Pre-Owned Honda CR-V EX-L AWD - 43K - $23.3K
I'm inclined towards third option as the per year mileage is less. Is this good point to consider or am I missing something. Please shed some light here.

Based on your location only and what I think is likely needed, I'd go with the later awd 2017. Obviously, you'll have other requirements, these are the things I would take into consideration deciding.
100% agreed with the AWD because of where you live and the weather. Otherwise it would be a more challenging choice.
