I have a Honda Accord 2014 LX (CVT btw) with about 80k miles with recurrent wheel malalignment despite bi-annual wheel alignment. The car was in a fender bender 3 years ago, and I suspect when I got it fixed (right headlight, front bumper, and right front quarter panel replaced), there may have been some damage to the frame that wasn't addressed perhaps. Is there anything I can or should do to try and permanently fix this problem? Is it cost effective to try and fix it or is getting regular wheel alignments sufficient? I only use the car for a short 2 mile commute on a daily basis mostly. The car is otherwise in great condition. Thanks!

In addition to @yaser’s advice, may I add that you need to take it to a REPUTED alignment shop who knows what they’re doing and won’t just take you for a ride.
With your problem, you need a PROFESSIONAL who knows exactly what they’re doing, and won’t just guess by throwing new parts and emptying your wallet.
You should ask body shops to see how much it cost you to straighten the car.
