[Solved] 2007 Honda Pilot Radiator preemptive replacement

Hey Scotty,

I've got a 2007 Honda Pilot (original owner) now with 191K miles.  I'm wondering if I should change out the radiator, thermostat, and hoses as a preventive maintenance measure with the SUV starting to get up there in mileage.  There are no indications of a leak or issue with the SUV's radiator at the moment (knock on wood), but I was going to do a coolant flush soon and was wondering if I need to do more.  Thanks.

Apart from the thermostat, leave it alone. Why fix something that isn’t broken?

If you do long trips and plan on keeping the car, change it out along with the hoses and thermostat as well. These CAN start to leak around 150-170k miles, but I seen ones with 200k+ no leaks.
