My 2013 Honda Pilot is shifting a little rough on a 2 miles drive home. However, the next few times I drove it there was no issue. The diagnostic code was P0752, indicating a “stuck on” shift solenoid. Is this something that needs to be fixed ASAP, or can I keep driving it as is?

You need to stop driving it and tow it to a transmission shop.
Always post your miles, please, per the instructions.
