Dear Scotty;
I own a 2013 Ford Explorer XLT, our horn stopped working at the steering when but it work when I use my key to lock or sound the panic alarm. I’ve had a couple of people suggest that it needs a new clock spring but everywhere I look clock spring symptoms start with airbags light on or steering wheel controls not working. In my vehicle all controls work and there is not lights on the dash.. the only problem is no horn from the steering wheel.. please help
