I have a Toyota corolla 04 and I think it will handle a 300mile trip, what are some tips I could use to make sure the car will not
suffer fatigue or engine burn out?

Perform a full service (and tune up) on your vehicle, if you haven’t done one in a while.

What's the mileage on the car? Tbh if I were you I would just rent a car and save unnecessary headache.
