- I live in Bolivia, i want to buy a toyota celica but the cheapest price I found is 5500$ 1993. Car dealers are selling 1998s for 9000$ dolares!! Scotty bought his for like 500$. Is it wise to spend 5500? The cheapest beater car i found is a 1970 for 2200usd :c

Yeah friends in South America and cars are real expensive there because you don't build them South Africa is even worse. Basically see what you can find and make sure you buy a car that parts are available for in your area
