How often should I change the coolant in my 2016 Mazda 6?

It currently has ~46,000 miles on it (yes, you read that right...WFH during COVID meant I did not put a lot of miles on it for a few years). The owner's manual says "Replace at first 192,000 km (120,000 miles) or 10 years; after that, every 96,000 km (60,000 miles) or 5 years." The second part aligns with what I have generally heard on Scotty's channel (I have recently discovered it and it has made me more in-tune with car care [including having just done my first oil change at home]). But that first part seems longer from a time perspective. Given my car has fewer miles on it than a typical one at its age would, there's a real possibility I will reach 10 years before 120k miles.
