I have a 2019 Ram 1500 Classic 5.7L Hemi V8 4x4 with 18k miles on it. I don't put much stress, mileage, or towing on it but I know you hate FCA products what do you recommend I be on the lookout for to keep this thing in its best shape over time?

Those trucks are terrible but you've got one so the same as any other car don't skimp on the maintenance keep the fluids changed and hopefully is last a bit but my advice drive it for a bit then get rid of it and get something else.

If I were you, I would bite the bullet, pull the heads and replace the roller lifters with quality, aftermarket parts.  Have the heads rebuilt as long as they are already off.  The incredibly cheap roller lifters that Fiat Chrysler uses wear down and eat the cam.  More Money.  I'd send Fiat Chrysler a note thanking them for the crap they build, too.
