I have about 11 images from a used car dealership close to my state, and I do not know if anything looks right or not. Is there anyone that could help me with these and show me what to look for?
I have no clue how to add images either, so I might need help with that as well. It is a 2001 Mazda MX-5 Miata with a 5 speed manual.
Well, sometimes real condition does not match one on pictures. That is why I prefer to take a look with my eyes.
Pictures do not do it justice. The seller can clean the car all they want including under the engine bay to appear like a new car but what does that tell you? Nothing really - it’s no substitute for an in-person test drive and inspection by an independent mechanic.
Have a mechanic check it out. Have the mechanic check the computer and everything else.

I wouldn’t buy a Miata from “a used car dealership", … period! Most Miatas are driven hard, and when they start causing trouble, they are pushed down the chain of buyers. You don’t want to be one of these.
Now, there are also Miatas that were taken care of by just one owner, … and now that owner is selling it because of his or her age, or similar. Best is to find one of these.
Anyway, … I would take my time. Miatas are great, but used Miata can turn out to be a petard, … if you happened to pick up a bad one!
