[Solved] How/where to find minimum brake rotor thickness?

Any suggestions for how/where to find the minimum thickness for a brake rotor when the typical areas on the rotor are too rusty to find any info stamped? I have a 2003 Toyota Highlander 2WD V6 3.0L automatic with 67,000 miles. It spent some of the last few years in Hawaii and in the Pacific Northwest, so the rotors have a lot of rust. However, they perform well nd appear to be in good shape, with little to no overhanging lip. I measured the width but would like to compare the measurement to an official thickness spec of sorts.

That information would probably be in the shop manual, maybe something like this:
