Hey Scotty, I know you’re really against 2nd hand hybrids but Toyota/Lexus have changed the playing field in the UK. They now provide a warranty up to 10 years on the car and 15 years on the hybrid on the battery. Just wondering what your thoughts on that were?

How good are the dealers at honoring their warranty?

These warranties are not provided by Toyota. Are they? Even if it is the case, there are so many conditions that need to be met before you can use that warranty.

Always read the fine print on warranties.
Is it pro-rated?

Lexus are doing the same but Toyota are promoting it in the UK. It looks extremely comprehensive
