I have a hyundai tiburon 06. When I drive the hand stays at the cold line. Sometimes it goes to normal temp when it's idling for awhile but goes back down when put in drive. The thermastat I have on is 190, do I need to change it or something else

I assume you got its effective thermostat if not your temperature sending unit is bad and it's not giving the correct temperature which is probably what it is so replace the temperature sending unit on the engine first that'll probably fix it
