I bought a new Toyota sienna 2022 limited. The car does not warm up. I have brought it to toyota and they have changed the thermostat and the same problem is happening. The needle is staying on cold and the heat is not blowing hot air. What can i do? Is this a lemon car? They first suggested to change the computer but they changed the thermostat insted.

What can i do?

It's a new car under warranty. Put on the gorilla suit and make them fix it. Escalate to Toyota corporate if necessary.

Dealers hate warranty work because they make no money on it and many will do whatever they can to weasel out of fixing problems.

It’s under warranty.  Take it back to them and make them fix it.  You have proof the problem was not solved so  take it back.  If they still can’t fix it, take it to another Toyota dealership.

On a side note, how many mile interval does this Siennas oil have to be changed?

The manual says every 10K miles. But the mechanics and DIY on here will suggest more frequency, 5K miles.

For future reference please do not put a lengthy narrative in the title line, which is meant for a short description. Thank you. (Title edited.)

Thanks, sorry first time post. I have taken it back. They want to keep the car and said they will have to escalate it with toyota. On a side note, how many mile interval does this Siennas oil have to be changed?

I do it every 7000 miles
