I have a 2012 highlander SE 250,000 miles. My highlander is not showing any codes ( i have a $50 autel scanner). It is accelerating very sluggishly. I have replaced the spark plugs, the MAF is working fine, I had the cat replace less than a year ago, and the fram air filter is brand new. The engine revs fine in park and in neutral but in drive it bogs down upon acceleration. Please help! I need ghost (my highlander) to run for at least one more year. Then I'm getting a 4runner!

have you checked fuel pressure or ignition timing?

Start by doing a little cleaning. Then try replacing your fuel filter & pressure testing your fuel pump.
