I have a 1991 Honda Accord 2.2 L 5 speed 292,000 miles. I recently replaced the TPS, IAC valve, and high idle selinoid. And now I have the issue of it idling above 1,000. And I’ve tried adjusting the throttle. And it doesn’t even start to idle down. It just stays the same. It run’s amazing. Starts up everytime no matter how cold. It’s never let me down.
The only modifications I’ve done to it is a cold air intake. And headers and a performance exhaust, that has 2 resonators with resonating exhaust tip. Any help would be amazing.

Have you changed the cold air intake to a normal one to see if it affects the issue you have?
No I havent
Odds are that the cold air intake is the issue.
