when the high beams are turned on, the rpm drops and goes back up constantly. This is really annoying because it shakes the shift lever as well (MT). As soon as the high beams are turned off, the RPM goes back to a normal idle as seen in the video. The car is fully warmed up when this happens. What could be the problem? Where should I start looking? Thanks

Check your alternator output.

you either have a weak alternator or some faulty grounding connections.
