As the title states, I’m looking to buy a sedan under $30,000 (preferably under $25,000 with tax, and new not used ). I’ve been looking at getting a 2021 Toyota Corolla (either a traditional gas or a hybrid) for but it’s CVT transmission worries me a little. Should this be a concern? The other car I’ve been looking at is a 2021 Honda Civic, which also has a cvt. Any advice on what would be a good daily in this price point that won’t have any issues getting to 200,000 miles +?
Ive recently got a brand new 2021 Camry. It drives like a charm and it is by far the best car Ive owned. Totally a grear investment. I got a good deal on it, too. Im quite posituve itll last at least 500k miles because I maintain my vehicle as good as I maintain my wife.
Should’ve added a mic drop emoji to your post...
We picked up a '21 Corolla SE, 6spd. mid 20's and a Camry with an automatic can still be had for under 30k.
Side note: of all the cvt's out there Toyota and Honda's are probably the best ones out there.
Toyota Corolla CVTs are the best ones out there if you maintain them. Don't expect 200k miles out of a hybrid, so get the regular gas version.
