Did you watch this video? How did you end up replacing pulleys without checking which ones are at fault? Did you test them for play, before replacing them?

If the pulleys are original they are probably worn out. It's also possible a belt-driven accessory has developed bad/noisy bearings or is deteriorating and putting too much drag and stress on the belt.

Also when we shut the car off the cooling fan stayed running up to 5minutes

A lot of cars have a timer that keeps the cooling fan running for a while when the engine is turned off, depending on coolant temperature.

I would pay particular attention to the AC compressor. If that is starting to drag and make noise it will create a very expensive mess when it finally seizes up. I wouldn't think it would be a problem on a car that new but you never know.

When we turned off the compressor the noise never changed then we turn it back on and noise was still there

OK, so probably not the compressor (good news). What you should probably do is take off the fan belt and spin pulleys and accessories by hand. You should feel and hear any roughness in bearings. If you take off the belt you might as well replace it if original.

The belt could also squeal if tension is not correct. There are tension gauges that can be used to check this. Most cars have automatic tensioners (these can wear out), but some can be adjusted manually.

I spinned all the pullies they’re all not make a noise and they spin fine when we spend the alternator pulley it has play it like the pulley can pull in and out and It can wiggle would that create it?

Sounds like that alternator bearing may be a bit worn, should not be able to wiggle the pulley. How does the belt look? Worn (slipping)? Tensioner OK?

Just replaced alternator and noise still there never went away

Well, it is very hard to make a diagnosis from a distance, and I would have had the alternator checked out before replacement. Normal wear items aside like the belt itself, the parts cannon approach is not really the way to go. (Is there at least less play in the shaft of the replacement? If so you've likely eliminated a failure that was coming later on.)

Anyhow, having eliminated the alternator and other accessories as the source of the problem the only things left are the belt itself and the tensioner. If it's not one of those remaining items there is something else going on, maybe something specific to that model. Also noises can telegraph all over the place and it's even possible the squealing noise is actually centered elsewhere. There are tech forums around for the Cruze where you may find more detailed info specific to your car, in fact before replacing more parts you may want to ask in a place like this:

The weird part is now the check engine light is on i might go and have it scanned tomorrow to find out what its reading

Yeah, that sounds like a good idea. Possibly something was disturbed when replacing the alternator. I wouldn't think on that car that the alternator has to be programmed into the computer but it's a possibility.

It read mass airflow sensor i replaced it but check engine light is still on and engine is running ruff. And that noise is still there. Also replaced belt tensioner assembly how do i add a video that ive took

It sounds like you have multiple problems going on there. As just about everyone here will tell you, just throwing parts at problems is not a good way to proceed. Generic OBD-II codes sometimes will send you on a merry chase. You probably need to take it to a mechanic that has a dealer-type scan tool to get all the codes that a simple scanner won't pick up.

To post videos you need to do is upload your video to a suitable file sharing site and post a link to it here. There are plenty of file sharing sites out there. The sendvid.com site works pretty well for videos, imgbox.com for photos.

That sure sounds like a pulley. Any chance that engine has a timing belt that has an idler pulley or maybe runs the water pump?

It has a water pump pulley and the crankshaft pulley only 2 pulleys left

I've forgotten, did you run the engine briefly without the serpentine belt to see if the noise goes away?

No I haven’t done that yet but I eventually will do it like tomorrow. Im just not sure what pulley it is . Sorry about the video being like that i just took a quick video

Actually the video was very helpful to hear what kind of noise it is. It will be interesting to see if the noise goes away when the belt is taken off. Just don't run the engine for more than a few seconds that way! If the belt is old may as well put on a new one after taking the old one off if you haven't already replaced it.

UPDATE: started the car with belt off and the noise went away.

OK, now you know for certain it is "something" in the belt's drive path, weak tensioner (or adjustment if belt tension is manually adjustable), or the belt itself making the noise.

Yeah

Replaced all pulleys except crankshaft and ac compressor pullyes and still making noise

Not sure what else to suggest from a distance at this point. Maybe Scotty or someone who has seen a similar problem on one of these cars can chime in?

Yup it’s one if the pulleys alright..

Mine 2016 Cruze just started this last night. Did you ever find out what the problem was?

End up being valve cover. There is a pcv valve that's bad
