For you to take the term "stupid" personally is an indication of some deep seated inferiority problem.  We really don't care whether you have  a master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a PhD In Tibetan Yodeling.  If you want to vent your pent up frustrations, try a social media site where somebody cares.  Or call Dr. Phil.  I'm sure he can help you.

Wow, very thin skinned. I don't think that word means what you think it means: infer. (Try imply) I don't feel insulted by Scotty, but then I don't have a "Masters" degree.(Should be "Master's - see https://www.grammarly.com/blog/masters-degree/). Also, it's "they're", not "their". Regarding Sotty's use of the word "stupid", he's only calling stupid, people who do stupid things. So if you are inferring (correctly used) that Scotty is calling you stupid, I am inferring that he hit close to home, because you have done or do one or more if the things he calls stupid. If in the video he uses that word, he's just doubling down. Now, I have probably made any number of mistakes in this post, but I am just a non-Master's normal person. However, my MA brother sees in your post a highly arrogant, easily offended person, regardless of your accomplishments. All of these accomplishments do not cancel what appears to be a serious personality defect. Now I could be wrong. Maybe you've been up all night and are grumpy, and your gargantuan intellect overcame your good sense. But what your post indicates, is a hypercritical, high-mindedness. We (my MA brother and myself) for two, enjoy Scotty's videos, and take no offense, as well as who knows how many other millions (billions of views and 4.5 million subscribers). So it appears you are in the minority. I don't think there is a safe space for you. So, you're probably better off avoiding his site/videos.

Geez, Louise, those are clickbait titles - get over it.  I’ve seen thousands of his videos now and never once felt he was talking down to us or being arrogant.  If something like this gets under your skin, it’s going to be a tough life for you.

Ok so somehow I missed this entire thread until now. I honestly thought this was a sarcasm thread and figured it would be good for a laugh...but then I realized it was serious.

I guess I don't understand OP's rage on this. I have plenty of education, including a Master's degree, and I've never felt Scotty was addressing me in any way. All I can think of is he is upset over the clickbait titles which, if they get you that riled up, is a sure sign you should seek some professional help for yourself, and I'm not being antagonizing when I say that. I'm serious. 

When I watched his videos, I would read the titles just for a laugh and then move on. Like if it was, "If you buy this truck, you're stupid" and there was a picture of a Silverado, I would think 'Oh GM is at it again' and then watch the video to see what was going on. But I NEVER took it as him calling me stupid personally.

I guess I don't get this post. I'm sorry, but in my line of work I've been called just about everything you can think of and you can't take any of it personally. If I got this upset over a YouTube video title, I truly believe I would have died from a heart attack years ago.
