Impossible Rough Idle

Hey Scotty and community, I have a 2003 Pontiac Vibe AWD auto 4 speed, something like 200k miles, odo is a mystery. It has a really shaky idle once the engine has fully heated up, and is roughest when in gear. When fully warmed up the engine idles at 800rpm instead of 1k like when it is cold. It idles significantly less rough when cold. No codes. Long term fuel trims are about 7.5% when idling and jump to 15% when accelerating. I swear I've tried everything. I had an exhaust leak at the manifold so I got a new manifold. Both o2 sensors oscillate as expected. I checked for vacuum leaks (none before 1st o2 sensor) and my MAF sensor is reading correctly. My fuel pressure is good, and I cleaned all injectors. I replaced the spark plugs and coils. Engine mounts are fine because its smooth when cold, and you can feel it suddenly go rough. No pulley issues. Only things I haven't checked are compression and the valves are clicky, but I think that's normal for a 1zzfe. Lets hope its neither of those because I have no ability to fix those. Any thoughts?

Edit: I cleaned my throttle body, IAC valve seems unlikely due to higher fuel trims under acceloration, both catalysts are new (front one is oem), air temperature sensor reads correctly, no actual misfires so probably not a cmp sensor, knock sensor is unlikely because of those fuel trims, alternator is unlikely because the battery jumps to 14v when the engine is running.
