  • Hey Scotty,much love from India.Anyway Hyundai and Kias have started imts(intelligent manual transmissions) in India.These transmissions are basically manual transmissions without a clutch.Do you think it's a good idea to buy those?

Avoid this new technology, especially when offered by those companies. 

Kia and Hyundai are not good with the old fashioned automatic transmission yet and now they launched another thing.

the DCT is an automated manual with dual clutch. very bad idea. stick with torque converter box

Hyundai & Kia produce junk. If you’re into buying junk, that’s completely up to you. 

If you value your money, buy a Toyota or a Honda.
