Scotty in the past has endorsed ThinkCar diagnostic products. ThinkCar must have sent an already activated specific product. It should be known this company produces a great number of products that are totally buggy, not supported on IOS (like their THINKTPMS G1) TMPS diagnostic and management device. The website is horrific, their tech support is even worse and their documentation is horrendous. All pertinent details are missing from directions to product information on their we4bsite and more.
Their tech support is a scam. Calling their support number (833) 692-2766 gets an answer from one guy that provides no troubleshooting. If the user has an issue that user has to email to development at support@thinkcarus.com. “If” you get a reply from their tech support it will be useless.

ThinkCar is:
• Selling premature products that are not supported at all on IOS.
• Creating apps that are buggy or diagnostic hardware that does not work.
• Not providing “true and effective” tech support.
• Using Scotty as an endorsement and why I purchased one of their products. http://www.mythinkcar.com

I doubt Scotty would have anything to do with them if he knew the above.

That's exactly what I smelled when I looked into Thinkcar.

Everything looked very half-baked, Chinglishy, and abysmal support. I didn't get a warm fuzzy feeling looking at their product info. Mea culpa. Always ask questions and do your own research before plunking down you hard earned money.
