I'm in the market for a 2013-2015 Accord with around 30k miles or less, I found this one. Just wondering if anybody had any advice on the car itself. Greatly appriciated!!
They're great cars, very dependable, good fuel economy, good handling even in twisty mountain roads.
I would research the vehicle history, certainly the maintenance records. And because it 8 years old, certainly get a complete inspection report from a professional service paying extra attention to areas prone to rust/corrosion.
In our region you can pick and choose this make/model/trim level for $11,000.00 USD. Again, in our region, Plain-Jane exterior color reduces desirability.
Wow $11k US! That's unheard of here. This was the cheapest I could find with no accidents, 1 owner, and 30k miles. Yeah I am planning to get it inspected by a mechanic upon arrival. Thank you so much for the advice.
@retoldpros
Here there are 2015 and 2016 Accords with higher mileage (100k miles or so) for 9-10k. A 2016 EX-L low miles cost's liek 17k so..... It's a good deal for Carvana but if it wa private party it would definetly be less. I would say go for it.
Yeah I've looked everywhere and this was the best deal I could get, the hardest part was staying in that 30k mile range. Around here I don't know too many people who are selling their accords with low miles. Overall it stayed in my budget of 15k(ish) and 30k miles so hopefully I can secure the car before it gets sold. Thanks for all of your help man, greatly appreciated.
Check KBB for book value. Check if mileage is true and not rolled back.
Other than that, the car is a great choice. These barely break down, just remember to change the CVT fluid every 30k-40k miles, even though honda will tell you not to.

It's Carvana so I would assume the huge dealer did not make the mileage of a pristine shape car. But just in case, check into the mileage
Hey! Those are pretty reliable just want to mention that if you buy it, I would change the transmission fluid right now and then. The CVT's are reliable but if you let the fluid stay for 60 70k miles then who knows how it will last. Change it every 35-40k miles. If you do majority highway 40-45.
Absolutely Get rid of the VW! The Toyota is a much better option
@jgrant
Er... wrong place buddy I dont see a question about a VW or Toyota
The price is way to high. Edmunds report for our region 93311, dealer pricing 2013 accord EX-L sedan 30K miles (in USD): Outstanding : $12,331.00, Clean : $11,316.00, Average : $10,179.00, Rough : $8,745.00. Private sale and trade-in values are considerably less. Your region may be different, maybe not so many available. Also, in our region, almost every car is rust-free so value doesn't drop for that.
For CVT oil change, my uncle says Honda CVT is the best of any, but the fluid gets almost as black as crude oil after about 30K miles and needs changing. And Honda takes a special fluid.
