I am wondering if a 2010 Lincoln MKT ecoboost AWD from A dealer would be very reliable since it does have a turbocharged engine. (The specific one I am looking at has about 45,000 miles)

No I'd never buy one of those they are really hellacious when those V6 engines start to break down with the GDI turbochargers it'd probably runs fine now but in the future it would be very expensive to

NO!  The engine is junk and never buy anything from a dealer.  Their only goal in life is to rip you off.

Based on the reviews online, it’s safe to avoid the vehicle. For the engine, that engine during that year were not tweaked unlike the later 1st gen ecoboost I believe…and also, worry about turbo issues, timing chain, and water pump (internal) that has a tendency to fail on transversed 3.5 ecoboost (or other cyclone engines with TIVCT)
