Hey Scotty,
Do you think cars like the Lexus IS 500 and the new Cadillac CT5 V Blackwing with a manual transmission become a future classic since there are very few sports sedans with a NA V8 and the Cadillac CT5 V Blackwing is the last saloon on the planet with a V8 and a manual tranny?
I think some of those high horsepower V8s can become future classics since they are the “last of their kind”, but how long does one have to wait before they go up in value? Who is going to buy in the future knowing there’s tons of electronics on board that could act up (at least on the Big Three products) and hard to troubleshoot? Nevertheless, I wouldn’t recommend to anyone to get those vehicles because of their potential as a future classic. Savagegeese (great YouTube channel) has something to say about that: then again there is a niche enthusiast market (and perhaps suckers) for those vehicles.

On this one, I do agree with Day Walker
There are still a couple of NA V8 cars you can get with a manual transmission (Challenger, Charger, Lexus IS 500, Cadillac CT5 V Blackwing). But in all honesty because the way they build cars now, I doubt the large majority of them will be around long enough to reach "classic" status.
