Hey Scotty! 06 Toyota Matrix
Noticed voltage sitting at resting (12.2-12.5v) while idle, only charges while engine is under load.
Bad stator? Bad charging system? Bad belt? Bad pulley?
Got a new alternator from RockAuto sitting in the trunk just incase.
Running one of those Bluetooth OBDII readers you hate so much, only reason I'm aware of the problem 😂 Here's a video of the behavior

have the battery and alternator tested

You have a bad charging system. Have it checked by a mechanic.
