So I have a 2007 Honda Pilot and it’s been sitting for about two years recently registered the car and did a few things to it change the the oil and brakes and stuff etc. first day I got it on the road I took it on a very short ride to the car wash and a bunch of smoke was coming out of the engine Bay Area I drove the car straight home and it started to smoke after about a half a mile. Next day i started the car and let it run for a bit and it wasn’t smoking as much but still had the burning oil smell. I checked around and to be honest there’s dried oil all over the motor, head, alternatorj, etc. but the catalytic converter in the front was wet and there was another wet spot on the inside of the undercarriage. To me it sounds like it could be the gaskets or maybe a crack somewhere. I’m really just looking for another opinion on it.
Your head gasket is shot. I would junk the car and move on to something else.
