I've been trying to fix an overheating problem in a 2005 Civic Ex, 93,000 mi. After checking everything and not finding the issue, a machine shop said it's the head gasket, $1400. I saw a Scotty video talk about (ATP Automotive AT-205 Re-Seal). Has anyone tried the polymer for a head gasket leak? Thanks for any feedback!

Why would you have any expectation at all that a product designed to rejuvenate rubber seals would have any effect on a leaking head gasket?
The only way to repair a leaking head gasket is to replace it. Any so-called "sealer" is going to be a temporary band-aid at best, may not work at all, and may plug up your cooling system.
If you want to try your luck Scotty has recommended the silver Bar's Leaks product. It may buy you some time.
I didn't think Bar's would work because the leak is internal. It passed a pressure test from radiator.
The ATP product will certainly not work, it's not even intended for that application. Head gaskets seal against enormous pressure and high temperatures so nothing short of replacement may work. You can try the Bar's Leaks sealer that Scotty recommends or some other sealer but any results would be temporary.

I've never been here before. The page didn't seem to be working. The wheel would stop, but I didn't see the question accepted so I retried. I attempted to get rid of the extra posts, but couldn't find an option to allow me to delete my posts before someone else did. Apologies!
No problem, just wanted to make you aware of it. The site can be sluggish at times so you just need to be patient.
Does $1400 sound right for the work?

That sounds pretty good, actually.

Sounds about right, though it could go higher if it turns out the cylinder head is cracked or warped.
