I've seen Scotty warn us about cheap OBD scanners but recently, I've been getting a lot of ads about the bluetooth FixD OBD2 scanner, which I can connect to my smartphone. Is this scanner any good or will it destroy my car electronics?
I have not owned their products nor dealt with them, but for the price they offer it is too good to be true which usually means you will be disappointed either by their service, software updates, product quality, bugs, vehicle coverage, etc. This company is relatively new to the scene and I would recommend sticking with a more established player.
